Our aim is to help you achieve your goals in the shortest time possible!  At 'English Study Success' we cater for your specific needs, whether it be preparing for the IELTS test or improving your English skills. 

Classes are small and friendly, and teachers are warm and supportive.  If you are prepared to put in some time and effort, we will do our best to help you succeed!

Our Business

     I have taught IELTS to many students over the past 18 years, and those students have always been keen to do extra preparation for the test! 

     I often meet students who worry that they do not get enough IELTS training at their school.  Others are working and find it difficult to enrol in a daytime  IELTS or English course.

     For these reasons, I decided there was a need to provide an extra IELTS service for those who want to increase their skills (and score) in the test, and also for those who are more interested in doing some extra English study.

     'English Study Success' is a company born out of a wish to make English study rewarding, stress-free and most importantly, successful !

Who We Are

Director

Karen Barnett has taught ESL/EFL courses, Academic English and IELTS for over 18 years in Australia and Japan at University, TAFE and Private Colleges.            

Combined with a Masters Degree in Applied Linguistics, TESOL, she has  extensive course design experience and teaching knowledge.

All our teachers are qualified, experienced and have a strong desire to help you succeed!  We have a proven plan to help you master the skills necessary to do your best in the IELTS test.
